Legal Fine Print:

Notice to law enforcement authorities: Meadowhawk Medicinal LLC CBD Flower is in compliance with the 2014 and 2018 US Farm Bills and Vermont State Law.  Meadowhawk Medicinals is a registered Vermont Hemp farm holding a Vermont Cultivator License.  By the rights and protections thereby established, Meadowhawk Medicinals proudly offers this legal industrial hemp high in cannabidiol (CBD) in the United States.

As stated in the 2018 US Farm Bill, the term “industrial hemp” means (Farm Bill, Section 10113 (page 429) the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.  Only the Delta-9 THC level is relevant, not THC-A. This flower is hemp, not marijuana, and is legal to possess and sell under the 2018 Farm Bill.
